What a wonderful morning P2 had with Liz Farnan (Environmental Educator). We thoroughly enjoyed the story 'Hello Mr World', where we learned what is causing climate change and how we can play our part in helping the world. Then we played the 'Little Creatures' game where we had to pretend to be various little creatures in the forest, but the woodcutter (Liz) was cutting the trees down with her chain saw. Finally we made our own paper plant pots and planted lavender seeds. Many thanks to Liz and to Mrs Quinn who organised it as part of ECO Go Green Week.
Katie with her rain maker!! So cute!
Katie has been very busy making her Eco Flag, raindrop promise and her own rain maker. Well done Katie. Great work!
