We are going to be looking at how we use flour to make bread. Grain : There are a number of different types of grain used to make of food which we eat as part of our weekly food plan.
Wheat -makes flour which can be used to make foods like bread, pancakes and scones. Oats- can be used to make porridge or muesli Barley- can be added to stews or soups to help make them more filling.
