Term 3 - Week 3
This week we will be:
* learning all about the LETTERS 'W' and 'Y'
* sounding across, identifying sounds, making CVC words with our letter cards and then writing them
* learning HF (High Frequency) words - these are words we will see frequently in our reading and will need to use these words in our writing
* learning about FINGER SPACES in our writing
* beginning to write SIMPLE SENTENCES
* Consolodating Numbers 0 - 10
* Extending our counting range 0 - 15, 0 - 20
* Combine sets (up to 10) to find TOTAL (practically)
* Using 'addition pit' to add 2 numbers to find the total
* Record simple addition sum - 'Sum Strip'
* Use 1p coins to buy and sell 2 items
* Play DINOSAUR / PAW PATROL 1p Bingo
