The Number 10

This is a 10 FRAME

A 10 Frame is a 2 by 5 grid that helps children to count to numbers that are less than or equal to 10 by using counters which illustrate a place value or number. They are used for improving counting skills and it makes counting values simpler.

We are using 10 FRAMES in school. 

Talk to your child about how they are using them.

Next week we will be getting a 10 FRAME to do activities at home as part of our homework.
