As part of our Mental Health Champions Week we took part in time out Tuesdays, where we did some meditation and focused on our belly breathing.
We were honoured to received a visit from local author Declan Carville who inspired our narrative writing by talking us through how he planned and wrote his famous books.
We learnt lots from the NSPCC assembly and were remind how to reach out for help.
As part of our healthy eating topic the class brought in their own creative healthy snack to share with the class. Check out our yummy treats!
