We have been learning about 2D shapes. Everyone enjoyed making the shapes on a geoboard using elastic bands. Children were able to use a band to create a line of symmetry. We make the connectios with the world around us and are looking for symmetry in our environment. Have a peep at the butterfly photos and see if you can see symmetry!
