AHH!! Today we had some spooky monsters in our classroom! Happy Halloween to all the boys and girls in Primary 2 and a big thank you to everyone who brought in such lovely treats for our party! You are all so kind! Have a lovely Halloween break and we will see you all when we return to school.
We are learning to add 2 sets to find out how many we have altogether. Check us out!! We can represent the sums with our number cards and + and = signs too!
This week in Primary 2 we were learning all about pictograms and we made our own Class Birthday's Pictogram. We talked about which months had the most birthdays, which had the least and which didn't have any at all. Well done Primary 2!
We are learning to build sentences with our words. The first word of each sentence has a capital letter. We leave a finger space after each word and we put a full stop at the end of each sentence.
