on Tuesday 4th March 2025.
We will be making yummy pancakes in school.
Please send in a little of your child's favourite toppings in a clearly labelled tub on
Tuesday morning.
We can't promise there will be any left to take home :)
We went to

to get the ingredients to make
P A N C A K E S.
We got eggs, flour, sugar and butter
...and some sweets too!
Amber and Raina had the money.
Back to school.

454G of Soda Bread flour - expertly measured by Lorcan!
Time to 'sieve' to add some air - helps make our pancakes 'light & fluffy.'
Mrs Magee DID NOT sprinkle caster sugar on our tongues to taste :)
227g of caster sugar (that's the 'fine' stuff) - on the dot measuring by Michael.
A quick mix by Jamie.
Time for the buttermilk - we can't drink it but it does make GOOD PANCAKES.
426ml of buttermilk - Zach kept a close eye on the numbers.

Clara and Árón enjoyed a 'little' chocolate spread on their pancakes.
