A quick update on our caterpillars. They've already grown so much! They are beginning to shed their skin in preparation for the next stage of their lifecycle!
As we learn about the life cycle, our lessons have really came to life! We have received a special package of baby caterpillars that we are caring and nurturing as they show us their lifecycle

We are having so much fun learning about plants life cycles! Today we had a practical lesson where Miss O'Hare taught us how to plant our own potatoes, we can not wait to see them grow!
Primary 2 Stars of the Week for The week ending 7th March! We are very proud of you Ali and Ronan! Mr Kelly's STAR of the week was Fianna, who always shows enthusiasm when learning.
All of P2 had such great fun today! We enjoyed exploring different books through play, discussing characters, settings and speaking about our own favorite books. All our costumes were amazing and allowed for some very interesting role play. The primary 7 pupils from St Columban's Primary have written quiz questions to test your knowledge of children's books, stories and characters. This is online for all to see! Pancake Tuesday was a BIG hit in P2. We enjoyed watching Mrs Rooney make the pancake batter and we waited as our pancakes sizzled and cooked. The difficult part was deciding what to have on top of our pancakes. A special delivery was made by today's leaders, ClÃodhna & Ruben, to Mr Kelly!
