A note from Mrs Magee.

Hello everyone,

 

Another busy week of activities await the children this week and every one of them cannot wait to get STUCK IN when they arrive to school each day.

 

This week we will be: 

 

*  consolidating letter name / sounds --> s a t i p n m o d c k h f r g b

*  making / reading / writing CVC words

*  generating rhyming words using 'on-set & rime'

*  Adding 2 numbers to find a total

*  counting up to 20

*  consolidating numbers before / after / between

*  Singing Easter songs & saying Easter rhymes

 

... and much more!!!

 

Reading books will not be sent home until after Easter but please be assured your children will be participating in Guided Reading in school daily.

 

There will be no formal homework - just 2 consolidation assignments on www.readingeggs.com

 

I hope you have a great week - I know we will !!

 

Class will finish @ 11.20pm on Thursday 1st April - this is to ensure the safe exit of children.
